Job title: Client-Facing Account Manager
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between a Contemi and it’s clients. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their business needs and technology requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how our software solutions can enhance their wealth management operations.
- Project management, regularly updating clients on project progress, addressing concerns, and providing insights are essential for maintaining trust and transparency.
- Keeping track of project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback requires accurate planning and organisation.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive account management.
- Coordinating with Internal Teams.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to our clients.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to resolve client queries and optimise service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project details.
- Data interpretation, be comfortable analysing client data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Responsible for governance and due diligence, which will include checking finances are stable, creating long-term strategies, planning risk management and keeping an eye on the wider industry.
- Involvement in pre-sales which will include working closely with our clients, development, professional services, product infrastructure and finance teams to effectively manage client change requests.

- With multiple clients and projects to juggle, you must prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to develop long-term strategies that align with both client goals and company objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, ideally in the wealth management.
Requirements:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- The role is full-time
- This is a hybrid working role, however, flexibility to travel to Europe / Asia is essential
